Abstract

Objective To determine glutamic acid in extract of Bubalus bubalis Linnaeu. Methods Amino acid analyzer was used determine content of amino acids in extract of Bubalus bubalis Linnaeu. Results The content of glutamic acid in extract of Bubalus bubalis Linnaeu is 0.225%. Conclusion It is a stable and possible for evaluate the quality of Bubalus bubalis Linnaeu.
