Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship among high sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:A total of 71patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)were divided into ACS group(n=29)and stable angina pectoris(SAP)group(n=42).According to results of coronary angiography,CHD patients were further divided into single-vessel(n=31),double-vessel(n=22)and multi-vessel(n=18)coronary disease group.Another 30healthy subjects were regard as normal control group.Levels of hsCRP and HbA1cwere measured and compared among above-mentioned all groups.Results:Compared with normal control group and SAP group,there were significant increase in serum levels of hsCRP[(5.13±5.85)mg/L vs.(7.72±6.16)mg/L vs.(9.83±6.84)mg/L]and HbA1c[(5.36±0.33)mmol/L vs.(6.48±1.63)mmol/L vs.(7.20±1.53)mmol/L]in ACS group,P0.05all;compared with single-vessel,double-vessel coronary disease group,there were significant increase in levels of hsCRP[(6.62±6.44)mg/L vs.(9.52±6.91)mg/L vs.(10.63± 7.56)mg/L]and HbA1c[(6.42±1.68)mmol/L vs.(6.82±4.62)mmol/L vs.(7.17±1.86)mmol/L]in multi-vessel coronary disease group(P0.05all).Conclusion:Serum levels of hsCRP and HbA1csignificantly increase in ACS patients.Serum levels of hsCRP and HbA1care related to ACS and coronary disease degree.
