Abstract
Beiya alkali rich porphyrite was spread along the two wings of Beiya syncline, controlled by three sets of fractures with NNE, NNW and EW strikes, trending southeastward, showing veined on plane and bell shape, veined and locally lens-shaped on profile and expanding connected in the deep. Beiya gold polymetallic mineralization distribution was mainly closely related with the alkali rich porphyry of near NS strike, mineralization was occurred between the contact fractured zones of porphyrite and T2b3-T2b5 limestone as well as the structure fractured zones of interbedded limestone. Based on the analyses of abundant drilling data, the authors deemed that the ore materials of Beiya gold polymetallic deposit were mainly derived from quartz syenite porphyry in alkali rich porphyrite, belonging to an alkali rich porphyrite-thermal gold polymetallic deposit.
