Abstract
This article seclected reactive red 3BS dye dyeing cotton fabric, collected dyeing effluents to determine it's composition and content by Reversed-Phase High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC),added the consumption of dyes、additives and water for effluent recycling.Optimize the dyeing process by orthogonal test, the recycling effluents dyeing samples were inspected to dyeing K/S values and the relevant color fastness, and compared with initial sample. The results showed that the best color difference between the sample dyed by method which reusing the dyeing effluents and the initial sample can reached band 5,the relevant color fastness also very close.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
