The Limitation of Time in View of the Principle of nullum crimen sine lege,nulla poena sine lege

nullum crimen sine lege,nulla poena sine lege is the first principle in contemporary criminal code .Especially,how to coordinate with limitation of time is a problem deserving reasoning. The author thinks that the limitation of time is under control of the theoretic basis of the principle of nullum crimen sine lege,nulla poena sine lege,additionally,they share the same in content in multi-dimension. In view of the principle,the author puts forward his own viewpoints in the study of the system of analogy and retroactivity of criminal law.
