Abstract

Financial globalization results in both benefits and risks for every country in the world. The main risk is the shock by international capital flow. This paper analyzes the impacts of international capital flow on banks, financial markets and domestic economy of charged countries, including its mechanism and process. It sounds the warning that developing countries must pay attention to international capital flow while getting benefits from it.
