Life Reconstruction Born in Imagination——Interlacement of Historical Reality and Artistic Reality in Song of Youth

Song of Youth is one of the few red classics that take intellectuals as the theme.From the beginning of the writing,the writer integrated her life into the novel,aiming to display the history of the young people's struggle under the leadership of the Party and the history of the transformation of intellectuals who claim that the novel authentically expressed the history.In contrasting the history with the text,we find that the novel mediates between historical reality and artistic reality and ultimately upgrades the artistic fiction to historical reality so as to achieve the purpose of moralizing the mass politically,which is a common feature of many red classics.
