Abstract
The extract conditions of polyphenols from pomegranate seed by orthogonal test and antioxidant activity of polyphenols extracts were studied.The results showed that(1)the optimal parameters for the extraction were using 50% ethanol as impregnate,0.4% sodium hexametahposphate as auxilliary extractant,at pH 4,temperature 60℃.(2)Compared with VC and VE,DPPH· the scavenging activity of polyphenols extracts was 11.34%.The scavenging activities as follows:VCthe extractsVE.The deoxidization capability was 0.73,which was better than VC and VE.The results showed that polyphenols extracts has better antioxidant activity.
