Abstract
The effects of injecting different doses( 2,20,200,2000 μg / kg) of Chlorpyrifos into the muscle of zebrafish on the activities of catalase( CAT) and superoxide dismutase( SOD) in the serum of this fish were studied. The results showed that: at 24 h after treatment, the activities of CAT and SOD increased obviously; at 96 h after treatment, the activities of these two enzymes decreased significantly. The above results indicated that Chlorpyrifos had significant damage effect on the antioxidant system of zebrafish organism.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
