Abstract

At new situation students management work should change the situation of working on the surface,no effect,no proper method,no clearly responsibility and lower management level.Therefore higher vocational colleges should understand students management work importance,improve student counselor team construction,be perfect management system,setup service institution,protect students rights and interests and strengthen professional quality training.
