The Study on the Spatial Distribution of Rural Residential Land In Zhaoyuan County Using GIS

The paper studies the spatial distribution of rural residential land taking Zhaoyuan County as an example.It builds a target system to evaluate the present conditions of rural residential land using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi Method.It builds the spatial database by Maplnfo7.0,And it analyzes the spatial distribution of rural residential land with the math models and GIS spatial analytic methods,such as spatial overlay analysis,spatial buffer analysis,spatial query analysis and so on.It classifies the present conditions of rural residential land according to the result of evaluation.And it finds the problems of spatial distribution and puts forwards many reasonable proposes.Every small town can choose suitable ways according to its financial condition and geographical factors,the paper has some guide function to the plan for the rural residential land of Zhaoyuan County.
