Abstract
This paper reports the growth of juvenile and young Lateolabrax sp. under th e same condition for different periods and for the same period but in different environments. The fry of Lateolabrax sp. in Yangting, Weihai grew faster in Marc h than January and February, the total weight in March was about 9 times than th at in February.In the different environments, the growth of Lateolabrax sp. wa s significantly different, the total weight in Yangting, Weihai was 10.9, 15.2, and 34.0 times than that from Xiamen, Zhangzhou, and natural waters respectively .
