Abstract
Novel fluidic actuators based on synthetic jet technology are used to experimentally investigate the effectiveness on the coaxial jets mixing. The influences and flow structures of mixing efficiency by actuator control are studied, and the physics mechanism is deeply analyzed to constitute the foundation of active flow control technology.Since mixing efficiency of internal and external bypass jets is enhanced a lot,the length of high-speed region is shortened and the mixing flow becomes more uniform.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
