Abstract
Objective To apply and to study on criteria of 8 test for distinguishing exudate from transudate;to investigate different on tumour and non-tumour.Methods Assayed 7 test on 60 pleural fluid and 36 peritoneal fluid.Among them, one test was different, amounted to 8 test to reseach this criteria.Result (1)It was a assessment for criteria according as statistical t test.①Identified exudates fluid (in pleural fluid):there were most significant difference with transudata at Cholesterol(Chol) 2.49/1.15 mmol/L and total proteins(TP) 45.56/20.48 g/L two test(P0.001).②Discriminated tumour. In pleural fluid:there were significant difference with non-tumour at Chloride, lactae dehydrogenase(LD),Chol,G-Glutamyltransferase(GGT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) 5 test(P0.005~0.05).In peritoneal fluid:there were significant difference at TP,GGT and AST 3 test(P0.01~0.05).(2)It was a assessnebt for criteria according as diagnostic specificity and sensitivity. ①Identified exudates fluid. It was satisfaction in pleural fluid that TP 30 g/L, Chol 1.55 mmol/L;②Discriminated tumour:It was satisfaction in pleural fluid that AST27 U/L,Chol1.55 mmol/L and GGT27 U/L.In peritoneal fluid:alkaline phosphatase(ALP)45 U/L,LD130 U/L and TP20 g/L.Conclusion There are undoubledly diagnostic value on distinguishing exudative fluid and tumouric effusion, consist of TP,Chol,GGT,LD,AST and ALP.
