Abstract
In order to improve mechanical product design quality and design efficiency,this paper took VB as developing tool,SolidEdge as design platform,MS Access as database management software to do an in-depth research for establishing parametric design systems.In design process,analyzed structure characteristics of mechanical product,combined parametric design and modular idea,and took hammer crusher design as an example to verify it.
