Abstract
The rapid method was developed to identify Bifidobacterium from biologicals preparations and human feces.Using the special primers to amplify the 16S rDNA by PCR,the Bifidobacterium in Biological preparations or human feces was rapidly identified.At the same time,the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Bifidobacterium were studyed by methods such as Gram's staining,carbohydrate fermentation test,puncture test,determination of growth curve,etc.Results demonstrated that the isolated strains were Bifidobacterium.This paper showed that identification of Bifidobacteria could be simply fast completed with the PCR amplification of the 16S rDNA.
