Observation of curative effect of new type of dressing in treating the fat liquefaction of incision

Objective: To observe the curative effect of new type of dressing in the treatment of fat liquefaction of incision.Methods: 108 cases with fat liquefaction of incision after abdominal surgery were ramdonly divided into the observation group( 54 cases) and the control group( 54 cases). On the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group of patients was treated with new type of dressing( alginate dressings),and the control group patients was treated by traditional iodine volts dressings. The clinical treatment effect were evaluated; incision healing time was observed,at the same time,pain degree was evaluated,and switching frequency was counted too. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 90. 74%,control group was 72. 22%,and there is no statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). Observation group has shorter average healing of incision than control group( P 0. 05),NRS-11 mean score was lower than the control group( P 0. 05),and the switching frequency was less than the control group. Conclusion: A compared to traditional dressing,used in the clinical treatment of fat liquefaction of incision to new type alginate dressings of curative effect is distinct,to promote the healing of patients with incision,the bandage relieve pain and reduce the switching frequency has obvious advantages.
