Abstract
Organized crime of our country have three characteristics,they are the organizational characteristic,behavioral characteristic and the feature of purpose.It includes the general criminal groups and the organized underworld-nature crimes.Organized crime gradually penetrates to the field of economic,political and international at present stage of our country.Reasons for organized crime are economic,political,cultural,and other aspects,we should take reasonable measures through economic,political and legal aspects to combating organized crime.
