Abstract
Biomechanics factors is the most important pathological factor resulting in intervertebral degeneration.Abnormal mechanical burden can affect the normal metabolism of intervertebral disc and then result in degeneration through many mechenisms, which are to destroy nutritional channel of intervertebral disc,to affect cellular metabolism,to accelerate cell apoptosis,to change contents and activity ofmatrix metalloproteinase and so on.Biotherapy provides possibility to inhibit or reverse intervertebral disc degeneration and even regenerate intervertebral disc tissue.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
