Abstract
In researches,product innovation and process innovation have always been considered separately.However,in reality,to obtain an everlasting market competitive advantage,an enterprise must make product innovation and process innovation coordinated and matched.On the basis of analyzing the functions of product innovation and process innovation,we propose a view of innovation portfolio constituted by product innovation and process innovation.Then,through the analysis of four typical innovation portfolio models,we conclude that technological innovation capability must be a precondition for enterprises to choose the model of enterprise innovation portfolio.
