Abstract

Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing continuing education management.Methods To strengthen the management of nursing continuing education,a series of measures were implemented,including establishing correct concepts,investing more funds,improving equipments,formulating scientific management regulations broadening the methods and fields of continuing education,and improving scientific management systems and evaluation systems.Results After implementing these measures,the cognition and attitude of nurses about continuing education,and the participation status and numbers of published paper continuing education were significantly improved (P0.01).Conclusion The measures of nursing continuing education are correct and effective.These could provide basis for establishing a standardized nursing continuing education system.
