Abstract
Aim: To study the effects of base fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on skin fibroblasts proliferation. Methods: Cultured rabbit skin fibroblasts were treated with bFGF. MTT assay was used to examine the proliferation of the fibroblasts. Results and Conclusion: Rabbit skm fibroblasts showed marked proliferation when the concentrations of bFGF franged 10-1-102 μg/L, and bFGF at 50 μg/L was the optimum concentration.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
