Abstract

Objective To study the significance of serum iron,transferrin receptor in the diagnostic of iron deficient anemia(IDA).Methods Immunity nephelomethy method and colorametric method were being need to detect the targets of iron and transferrin receptor in two different groups,groups,which were normal controls group and IDA group.Results The level of sTfR (6.98±2.09) in IDA group was significantly higher than that of in controls group(1.54±0.27).The level of SI in IDA group is 41.98±2.87,which is significantly lower than that of controls group(104.6±18.9).Conclusion sTfR is a new sensitive target in the diagnosis of IDA.
