On Profession Promotion of Migrant Worker from the Perspective of Social Capital——A Case Study of Research on Wuhan District

With the rapidly development of economy and industrialization and urbanization in our country, the transfer of rural labor to urban is becoming booming. Because of the larger number of migrant workers, there has been an increasing number of social problems. To help migrant workers seeking career advancement, this paper from the perspective of social capital departure and making a depth of an investigation into the structure of migrant workers' social capital, and finally make some profession promotion recommendations for migrant workers.
