Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to give a further generalization of Tarafdar fixed point theorem (i.e., Theorem 2.1), an d to prove that this theorem is equivalent to Tarafdar theorem. As an applicatio n, we use our result to study the section theorem in product H-space, minimax problem. The theorem 3.1~3.4 presented in this paper improved and generalized the theorem given by Ky Fan and Von Neumann for minimax problems.
