Abstract

The noumenon theory of Taoism of Laozi has had deep influence on Chinese classic aeschetics. His theme has many similarities and some connection with beauty. He thought that Taoism based on nature, which can be regarded as the source of the theory of beauty created freely. The spirit between Taoism and beauty is similar, but their essence belongs to an open system.
