Current Situation and Countermeasures of International Transfer of Producer Service Industry in Hunan Province

With the sustained and rapid economic development and all-round opening of service industry to the outside world,Hunan Province has all the conditions to international transfer the product service industry.Meanwhile,the fields of service industry using foreign investment are broadened,and service outsourcing has maintained a rapid growth.However,there are still some negative factors,like weak developing foundation and sustainable absorbing foreign investments in service industry.Several recommendations are made in this paper,such as innovating the system,promoting a new type of industrialization and urbanization strategies actively,and building up a pool of international qualified service outsourcing enterprises,in order to further expand the use of foreign investment,and encourage the enterprises to follow the going out developing strategy.
