Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of combined Itraconazole and ketoconazole treatment of the patients with seborrheic dermatitis.Methods Selected 160 cases of seborrheic dermatitis patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and control group were treated with 2% ketoconazole,observation group were treated with combined Itraconazole and ketoconazole.After treatment, the two groups were compared.Results The observation group treatment is superior to the control group.Conclusions Combined Itraconazole and ketoconazole is effective in treatment of the patients with seborrheic dermatitis,But also relatively safe,which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
