Abstract
Using paper-disc agar-diffusion method, the inhibition activity of Eucommia antifungal protein against Botrytis cinerea was studied in vitro. Antifungal activities analysis indicates that the diameter of inhibition zone of Eucommia antifungal protein was 14.5 mm and the width of inhibition ring was 4.3 mm. Inhibition activity of Eucommia antifungal protein was equivalent to 66.8% of carbendazim 50% WP,IC50 was 62.5 mg/L. Eucommia antifungal protein exhibits significant inhibitory activity towards Botrytis cinerea.
