Abstract
Objective To probe into Nursing intervention in elderly depressed patients quality of life and efficacy.Methods On 98 cases of elderly depression patients were randomly assigned to the intervention group and a control group of 48 cases of 50 cases,individualized nursing intervention in intervention group,compared two groups of patients' quality of life and therapeutic effect.Results Nursing intervention after 6 weeks,intervention group,in addition to state of the material life,the three dimensions of the physical health,mental health,social function and HAMD total score with the control group a significant difference(P 0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with depression and efficacy,is worth promoting.
