Abstract
Considering the existing map projection systems are included in particular softwares,thes paper proposes we should adapt to the develpoment directions lf GIS,and designs and implements a canonical,popular and open map projection trsformation component based on COM.The interfaces,classes and framework of map projection transformation component based on COM is designed firstly, according to the specification released by 0GC(0penGIS Consortium).Then the method and theoretical foundation of map projection transformation is analyzed, and the inverse transformation method to implement the component is selected.
