Research on Interoperability Models of Military Information System

Interoperability is the foundation of effective joint and interagency operations.Interoperability to achieve information superiority is the keystone on which future combat systems will be constructed.To evaluate the level of information systems comprehensively,evaluating several models which define the levels of information system interoperability,points the domains which interoperability occurs and the challenges to achieve it.Finally,a PIM model is proposed here to determine the program management interoperability.This is valuable to guiding the military information system design.
