Abstract
Through comparing the two modes of bank-oriented financing, this essay analyses their objective conditions in China. At present, enterprises should give priority to indirect bank financing, secondly direct stock financing, then unit and develop these two financing approaches. the mixed financing model, a Chinese-characterized marketable multi-financing model with the merits of that two financing models is encouraged in the future.
