On Construction of Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract

The talent training mode in higher vocational education is a means of construction of talent training and operation produced by integration of educational practice and theories in higher vocational and technical education.Such minor factors influencing the mode as 1) value orientation of talent training;2) basic contradictions;3) intelligent functions of college students;4) higher vocational teaching principles.The mode structure contains five parts: the subject,the aim,the content,the approach and the evaluation.Construction of the mode may be guaranteed from idea renewal,system guarantee,reconstruction of teaching plans,construction of in-school practical training bases and study-work regulations.
