Study on the Value of National Traditional Sports of Minority Nationality

Methods of document, observation, field investigation were used to research the history and realistic value of national tradition sports of minority nationality. It is concluded that our minority nationality traditional sports has not only substantial content, various situation, unique minority characteristic and unique way of existence, but also has the more unique value than the modern sports. The traditional sports not only brought the important action in the historic development of national minority nationality, but also the present value and function are also existed and become the most effective means to promote the wide - ranging development of the rural sports.
