Abstract
The insurance fraud is a kind of finance crime.With the develop of insurance career these years in our country,it becomes very rampant and beges attention from social circles.Many scholars have studied it and acquired cetrain common cognition,but some issues still have to be discussed.This article discusses the elementary theory of Insurance fraud(such as constitution?characteristic and accomplice) and some practical aspects of it.
