Abstract
In view of situation of the water resources crisis in Hebei province, several measures were introduced to help moderate the situations and the ways were explained especially in rising the price of water resources,diverting water from other regions, applying water saving irrigation ,collecting rainwater and exploiting water reclamation system , administering the water resources according to water law.
