Abstract
Interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR) has been used as an innovative technique for digital elevation model (DEM) generation. This paper investigates the methods and process of DEM generation through InSAR,based on basic character of the ground deformation in coal mine area and a brief introduction of elevation model generation through radar interferometry, and gives a qualitqative analysis on factors affecting the accuracy of DEM.
