Abstract

Two thousand six hundred and seventy-two bacteria strains were isolated from 105 samples(rice seeds,rice leaves,paddy soils,sclerotia and vegetable soils),of which,the number of strains with antagonism to Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium moniliforme,Maganporthe grisea,Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae and Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzicola was 500,67,45,11 and 9 respectively.Sixty-seven strains antagonistic to F.moniliforme were classified into 7 groups,one representative strain of each group was identified,the results showed that four strains(31-80,73-95,27-45 and 45-77) were Bacillus subtilis ,and other three strains(3-12,97-49 and 57-13) were B.pumillus,B.polymyxa and Pseudomonas sp. respectively.\;
