Abstract

Objective:To explore the relationship between acute cerebral infarction and blood glucose,by analyzing the effects of glycosylated hemoglobin on the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The 168 acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into 3 groups: diabetes, hyperglycemia and normal plasma glucose, according to their fasting blood glucose level and their diabetic and non-diabetic conditions. The effects of glycosylated hemoglobin on the prognosis of cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results: The improvement rate of the normal plasma glucose patients was obviously better than that of the other two groups respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The death rate was the highest among the diabetes, which proved the obvious effects of the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction. Conclusion: High glycosylated hemoglobin has obvious effects on the prognosis of acute cerebral infarclion and the control of hyperglycem is necessary in acute cerebral infarclion patients.
