Abstract
Objective To study the variation of PCNA and Bcl-2 in patients with CAG and CSG.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 in normal control group(n=16),chronic superficial gastritis group(n=12),chronic atrophic gastritis(n=44),gastric cancer(n=25).Results The positive rates of PCNA and Bcl-2 were increased. They were found marked difference(P0.01).Conclusion The increase of PCNA and Bcl-2 in CSG and CAG may play important role in promoting carcinogenesis by affecting cell proliferation.
