Abstract

The shifting of a city is a new problem,and is closely related to city planning,real estate exploitation and enterprises' location decision-making.The paper focuses on the new issue of the shifting of a city center which is the result of the rapid development of a city.It discusses the establishment of the concept of city center,the forms of center shifting and inspirations to city planning drawn from center shifting.
