Abstract

At present,financing difficulties and huge financing gap have become a major bottleneck confining the development of SMEs in China.In this regard,such actions should be taken as reducing information asymmetry,reducing moral hazard,preventing adverse selection,establishing specialized financial institutions for SMEs,etc.so as to approach to the financing difficulties for SMEs.
