Abstract
Objective:To study the distribution of the hepatitis B virus genotypes in 579 cases with hepatitis B virus patients, and analysis its clinical significance. Methods:HBV genotypes were determined by Gene chip technology analysis in 579 cases from 2007.1 to 2009.12.The liver function detection is acquired by Enzyme Kinetics Abbott Ci8200.Results: Genotype C is the most frequent genotype of hepatitis B virus with statistical significance(P0.01).It is statistical significance between genotype C and genotype B,genotype C and genotype B/C,genotype B and genotype B/C(P0.05).Conclusion:Genotype B,genotype C and genotype B/C exist in 1047 cases with hepatitis B virus patients,in which genotype C is the most frequent one.Genotype is associated with the development of liver disease.Among three genotypes, genotype B/C is correlated with the worst prognosis.
