Influence of great development of the postwar socialist campaign on the construction of China's ruling power

From the viewpoint of historical materialism this paper analyzes the influence of the great development of the world socialist activities after World War II on the construction of China's communist party who will assume the political power in the near future.That is,the development promoted Chinese Communist Party to become a ruling power from a revolutionary party,to realize the significant change of the ruling strategy,and to establish highly concentrated plan economy system.
