The Empirical Analysis About Culture Consumption Drives Development of Cultural Industry in Shanxi

Since Shanxi province proposed the strategy ofculture saves,lots of scholars have brought forward countermeasures to develop cultural industry from different aspects.Using empirical and modeling analysis from cultural industry,culture consumption and GDP in Shanxi,the paper suggested that cultural industry should be developed in culture consumption first of all,then spurring cultural industry investment in shanxi.
