Abstract
Certified public accountant's legal liability question is not only a question of the present social extensive attention, but also a problem about dispute in the present judicial circle of China. It concerns directly the certified public accountant trade of China and economic development problem. But there are some problems in this area, therefore demanding prompt solution.
