Effects of Te(IV) stress on the growth of two species of Spirulina

Abstract

Na2TeO3 was added into two species of Spirulina,Spirulina maxima and S.platensis,from one day to 7 day at different growing phases after inoculation,the cumulating concentration of Tellurium all is 250 mg/L.The results showed that the final biomasses of two species of Spirulina were increased from test set I to V.Test set IV and V accelerated the growth of S.platensis.The results were explained with both the equation of dynamics and the intensity of stress.
