Revitalizing the Northeast and Talent Strategy

The experiences of modern economic developments prove that human resource is the most important resource for economic development.Facing the tide of the knowledge economy, the talent becomes basic factor of the economic development of various countries and of competing with each other more and more. Obviously, the lack of talent and the HR structure out-of-balance have already become the bottleneck problems for revitalizing the old industrial bases of Northeast. The development of Northeastern economy needs efforts and measure of government, enterprise, education, and the long-term strategy.
