Abstract
The study was conducted to investigate the effect of the Se on the growth status, physiological property of Pisum sativum seedings and chlorophyll content under the Pb stress. The results showed,at the concentration of the Pb ≤100 mg/L and the Se ≤10 mg/L,the Pisum sativum seeds germination and the growth status was promoted under the Pb stress. It could promote cell distorting rate, increase the activity of the POD and the chlorophyll content, ameliorate thetoxicity effect of the Pb when the concentration of the Pb was ≤50 mg/L and the Se was ≤1.0 mg/L.It coordinated with the Pb to aggravate the toxicity to Pisum sativum.when the concentration of the Pb came to 200 mg/L,the Se came to 10.0 mg/L.
